The
Tuff Soul store was created to teach people about Sustainable Style. We
practice this idea through the sales of a variety of new, used and
re-created clothing that gives people another way to shop green.
Vintage clothing and gently-used second-hand clothing, which we call
Recycled Clothing, makes up the used clothing inventory. A variety of
companies that manufacture Organic cotton clothing makes up our new
inventory, which is all made under non-sweatshop or fair trade labor
practices. Tuff Soul's one-of-a-kind reconstructed clothing is made
right here in our shop, from recycled clothing and materials. Tuff Soul
is located in Ithaca, NY a city known for being one of the Green cities
in America because of its green building and use of alternative energy.
