Cayuga Coffee is 100% Fair Trade, and almost all varieties are organic. Part of the electricity at the flagship store on Meadow St. is drawn from a solar array on the roof, the largest privately owned solara electric installation in Tompkins County. The kitchen and bakery participates in the local large-scale composting program.
